NOISE NOISE NOISE YELL YELL YELL

What ever happened to "inside voices"??? My dorm is by far the loudest place on the face of the planet. Bass speakers coming from 6 different rooms, guys running up and down the halls at 2am screaming like wild animals, basketballs, broken glass, and sex sex sex... It's enough to drive a person mad!!!! Anyone else?
